I guess it is about time...

I think I am gettin sick. My throat and ears hurt. (I have on slippers Dad, don't worry.) I hope I didn't stir something up when I was on the ellipitcal yesterday. The workout felt really good.

But, I cannot complain. All in all I was VERY healthy in 2006. I only recall one bout with something early in the year - about this time actually. Drinking some OJ and stuff and will possibly pick up some of that stuff that they say to take when you feel a cold coming on. Cant remember the name, but a pharmasist will know.

I do not have time to linger though. Gotta get ready for church.
