From Dining Table

Tonight I blog from the dining table. The majority of the stuff is moved in, and thanks to SJ much of it is even un-packed and kind of put away. Thank you dear!

It looks so much better than I thought it would and things are fitting in to place nicely. Even Vegeta - although she is less than fond of the stairs. I think it will take her awhile to get used to those.

I really thought of taking pics this evening but decided to wait until tomorrow when I have picked up some more. The real project for the day is going to be shelving. We need it so everything can start finding its place.

Jeremy, Lori, and Jamie came up to help today. It was nice, and there assistance was invaluable. Still a lot of stuff at JMs though. Most clothes and kitchen stuff. There are a few pieces of furniture left, but I think they are just going to have to stay there until the barn gets built. There or in a storage unit.

I think the biggest barrier to getting settled here is going to be clothing storage. We will just have to be very selective about what we have out.

The new bed slept ok last night. I know with all new beds it takes some getting used to, and the air inside of this one makes it especially different. My back was kind of sore and I tossed and turned alot. But even having done so I felt well rested.

Justin is playing his guitar in the recliner. Vegeta is meowing at him. Feels like home.

We will have our first guest tomorrow - Mom is coming up to stay the night. I am looking forward to her assistance with hanging pictures and stuff after she gets here.

I think I am going to go for now though.
