Another Evening Post

I am up lat again tonight. Not sure why I am not tired. But, I am not.

Today was my last day of vacation. Tomorrow Dad is coming to do some more work on the house, Sunday I have a band concert and Monday I start my new job. Seems like it has been a long time coming. I am nervous about it though. Today I told someone it was like being anxious about the first day at school. I bought new clothes, but you never know what to wear because you dont want it to seem too new.

Justin gave me the new MCR album today. He burnt it onto a disk that had "Your Name" on it. He did say that he had a CD with that on it, but when he told me I was thinking he meant "Leslie." I can hear Justin snoring up in the loft if I shift my headphones. But I prefer my little tranquil world that is MCR right now.

An old high school friend came over this afternoon - Jamie McClellan. It was nice to see her. In fact, I hope she and I can hang out more. I am excited that she is going to go on the Virgina trip with me next month. I know from experience that she can handle my horrible singing while riding in a car.

I am sure this week was a lonely week for Justin. It was his first at GraySail without me. And I was pre-occupied with house stuff and playing with my new computer. So, I didnt pay him as much attention as I should. But, tonight I was sweet and rubbed his feet while we watched "Chicken Run" on HBO (or some movie channel.) Next week will be a lonely one for me though. It will be weird to be at the new job. My normal contacts and friends will not be at my finger-tips like they normally are. I am really going to miss that.
