Hot Water

If you have seen Justin's Web site then you know we got a hot tub over the weekend. Problem is that it is just a cold tub right now - the water is not getting warm. The original salesman told us it would be up to temp in about 10 hours, so we were concerned when the change was not happening very quickly. After talking to a technician, it turns out it is closer to a degree an hour. It was around 74 when I left it this morning, so it should be a in the 80s when we get home. I wish it would hurry up and heat up, I am ready to use it. From when we originally got it going (midnight Saturday) we should have seen a climb of 41 degrees, and being that it started at around 50 -- we would be very near the 100 "ideal" temp, and very stable at the 90 "tolerable" mark. Problem is that they had us turn it on and off a few times, so we lost a good 12 - 17 hours of reliable heating time.

I hope to have a joyous post about it soon, but no telling how long that will be.

Reckon I better go - time to go home.
